The appointment was scheduled for the next day; they were very accommodating as to date and time. The day of the appointment, Tom arrived at my house very punctually. I gave him the tour, he explained what he was going to do, and in about 2 hours the work was done. They did not try to add extra services, no fuss, no problems.
